Project: Advancing the free movement of people within the CARICOM Single Market and Economy (CSME)

C-TRADECOM will provide technical assistance to advance the action plan of CARICOM Chief Immigration Officers to eliminate impediments to the free movement of people.

A consultant will work in close collaboration with the CSME Unit to support the development of an Action Plan by Chief Immigration Officers to eliminate impediments to the free movement of people. It will develop training materials based on the Action Plan and regulatory revisions at the administrative level in each CARICOM Member State. This initiative will provide training of trainers to impart knowledge and ensure sustainability of the implementation of regulatory revisions at the administrative level. It will also provide training directly to officials in each Member State.
