Project and agency: Strategic guidance to develop and strengthen the Eastern Caribbean American Chamber of Commerce (ECAMCHAM)

Overview

C-TRADECOM provided technical assistance to the ECAMCHAM to strengthen the organization’s ability to serve the interests of its members in the region and overcome the commercial obstacles associated with micro economies.

A technical advisor worked closely with ECAMCHAM leadership to assess the organization and advise on the steps needed to help it become a fully developed American Chamber of Commerce. During this project, the advisor also had brief speaking engagements on the role of the private sector in the FTAA at two distinct policy forums.
