| William J. Phelps has more than thirty years of international development experience as
a commissioned foreign service officer with the United States Agency for International Development (USAID),
as a banker and businessman, and as a professional consultant. He has worked extensively throughout the
Caribbean, Latin America, Southern Africa, the Middle East, and the Philippines. |

| Ronald Dubrisingh has over 23 years of international development experience, the last dozen
of which have been spent in the design and implementation of strategies to improve the international competitiveness
of the private sector in CARICOM and CARIFORUM countries. |

Julie Lankford, Operations Manager |
| Julie Lankford has considerable financial analysis and operations management experience.
She has been responsible for technical, financial and contractual support and coordination of CARANA Corporation's
donor and commercial projects implemented in the Caribbean, Central America, Central Europe, the former
Soviet Union, East Africa, and the Middle East. |

Bronwen Alsop, Civil Society Outreach Program Manager |

| Bronwen Alsop has significant experience working with economic development, social inclusion,
civil society outreach and trade issues. Prior to moving to C-TRADECOM, she served as Deputy Project manager
for CARANA's Latin American and Caribbean (LAC) Trade Project where she managed civil society outreach
programs on free trade in Central America and Brazil |

Ayanna Young Marshall, International Trade Specialist |
| Ayanna Young has significant trade policy and private sector development experience. An
attorney-at-law, she has prepared briefs, speeches, policy papers, and represented private sector interests
at hemispheric and multilateral trade negotiations. |

Patricia J. Khan, International Trade Specialist |
| Patricia has extensive experience in trade and export development, institutional strengthening
and community engagement in both the public and private sectors of the Caribbean, Canada, and India. She
is an expert in project management and marketing. |

Marguerite Walcott, Administrative Assistant |
| Marguerite Walcott has worked with USAID for 17 years. She has worked as a secretary in
the Project Development office, as an Administrative Assistant to the Chief, Project Development Office,
which included the offices of Private Sector, Engineering and Disaster Preparedness, Health, Education
and Training. Most recently, she worked as the Administration Manager with Thomson International Management
Inc., a company that provided daily management services for approximately fifteen offshore companies. |

Patrick Knight, Communications Specialist |
| Patrick Knight has considerable experience in the communications arena, having first worked
as a public relations officer and then as a senior journalist at one of the region's oldest newspapers.
During his period in journalism he covered a wide range of events and issues and wrote extensively on regional
and international trade matters. |
